WEEDS MUST BE CUT!

  Property owners are required to keep weeds controlled on all property, including vacant lots and along alleys.  City Ordinance provides for penalties, or weeds will be cut and the property owner billed.  Property owners are responsible for all grounds between the center of the streets to the center of the alleys.  A minimum of $50 per lot is charged if the City does the mowing.

BRANCHES MUST BE TRIMMED!

  Property owners are required to keep limbs and branches cut over sidewalks and streets or alleys.  Branches should be 7 ft. above sidewalks and 12 ft. above streets or alleys.  City ordinance provides for penalties, or the branches will be cut and the property owner billed.
